The Watchtower Chest can be your source of material gains in Mistfall Hunter, but first, you’ll need to find the key. The Watchtower is not an ordinary location that you can access by simply heading to the spot. Instead, you must have the key to gain access and then open the chest to find precious loot.

How to find the Watchtower Chest Key in Mistfall Hunter
The Watchtower Chest Key, unfortunately, doesn’t have a fixed location. You can potentially find it as a loot from all key POIs that are located on the map. So far, I managed to find the key only once, and that was from the Supreme Hall.
I found the key from the crucified effigies that are located near the Great Berserker. However, this location is not fixed, so finding it will entirely depend on your luck. You can also check the Einherjar Ship Gray POI since the spot seems to be a great source of different types of keys.
Don’t expect high drop rate for these keys since they are usually of Epic Grade. To raise your chances, try defeating Elite enemies and then looting their remains. Opening Guarded Loot can also be quite lucrative, and you can always play in Trios to have a bigger chance at opening these chests.
How to use the Watchtower Chest Key in Mistfall Hunter
Once you have the key in your collection, head to the Watchtower located between the Gravekeeper’s Hut and the Einherjar Ship Grave location. If you have already completed the Digging Deeper quest previously, you will know about the area. I have marked its location on the map to make it easy for you to find.
Before approaching the location, you should be cautious. The area is a heavily contested spot, where I have encountered several human players. The presence of the chest makes it a very lucrative area for everyone to find. Keeping the chest aside, you will find a lot of valuable loot at the same location.
Once you have reached the spot, do not directly try to open the chest. Instead, try to scout for enemies that might be nearby. Once the area is clear, you can then proceed with using your key to open the chest.
After opening the chest, you will find between three and five unidentified items. The rarity begins from Uncommon and can go all the way up to Legendary. The exact nature and rarity of the items you get as loot will entirely depend on your luck.
