Splatoon ranked mode, new stages, and Zapper available in Europe

Are you a high ranked kid or squid?

Are you a kid or a squid who has been furiously playing Splatoon since launch in the hopes of unlocking that new wave of content for the game? If you’re in Europe you’re in luck, as a bunch of new content is being added to the game today.

Announced by Nintendo Europe on Twitter last night, European players will be getting the Nintendo Zapper weapon, a new stage called Port Mackerel and ranked mode starting some time today. Will American players be far behind? Only time will tell.
