One step closer to finally getting that Creepy Pikachu game!
Just over a week ago, news surfaced that the creepy as all hell motion-captured Pikachu demo would be part of a possible new project Game Freak was working on that featured the yellow mouse as the player’s partner in a game with detective elements.
Now there’s word from Serebii yet again that Nintendo is seemingly following through on the project and has interestingly filed a trademark for “Great Detective Pikachu.” As the site points out, this isn’t a confirmation of anything at this point, but the timing is particularly worth noting.
I’m just happy about the potential we now have to continue using Creepy Pikachu as a header in the future. And linking to it.
