Revisit Jurassic Park in this Half-Life 2 mod

We have a T. Rex!

My wife and I are huge fans of Jurassic Park, and watch it as much as humanly possible. Sadly, games related to the IP haven’t really been all that strong since the 16-bit era, but it doesn’t take much to get me to at least try them. Actually all it takes is that classic John Williams tune to suck me in again. Ladies and gentlemen…welcome…to Jurassic Park!

The above trailer is a mod for Half-Life 2 that puts you in the shoes of Robert Muldoon, who is part of the Jurassic Park safety brigade. The final product will play out with a “Resident Evil inspired” amount of stress, and feature advanced dinosaur AI, and a vast environment with lots of flora and fauna.

It’s still pretty rough around the edges, but then again, this is a fan mod that isn’t anywhere close to a release date. I can’t wait to try out the final build!
