One of the included/preinstalled Augmented Reality games for the Japanese Nintendo 3DS has a title that translates to Face Shooting. What an amazing name. It’s…not that amazing of a game. But it is funny to set up and watch, as you’ll see in the video above.
The front-facing 3DS camera is used to take a snapshot of your face. Face Shooting then takes your headshot and jacks it up, warping it to make expressions you didn’t know you could make. You become your own worst enemy; you’ll have to shoot helmeted copies of your own face…in the face to beat the levels.
It’s a silly game but it’s pretty funny. I’m going to try to make some different faces the next time I play.
