3DS gets a new system update centered around parental controls

If you boot up your 3DS today you’ll find a new system update, but it’s not all that exciting — unless you’re a parent! According to Nintendo, update 7.2.0-17 will add new functionaity to the system’s parental controls, including the power to register a parental email address that allows them to send themselves PINs.

Of course, the usual “system stability and minor adjustments” applies to this update, because why not? So yeah, this is a thing if you’re a parent.
