It might be useful in raids

With the Cinderace raid underway, you may want to know how to find Iron Defense (TM 104) to bulk up your Slowbro. Well, look no further! We have an easy location in mind, as well as the ingredients required to craft it.

You can find Iron Defense (TM 104) in East Province (Area Three), below Tagtree Thicket

Iron Defense is an incredibly useful move, and thankfully, it’s very easy to find. All you need to do is head to the desert north of Levincia: in East Province (Area Three).

Directly to the east of the East Province (Area Three) Pokecenter, you’ll find a small quarry. Head down there and locate a small hill that holds the Iron Defense TM. It’ll be in a flashing yellow-tinted Pokeball pickup on the ground. If you use this one up, note that you can always craft more at the TM machine.

Here’s what Iron Defense does:

“The user hardens its body’s surface like iron, sharply boosting its defense stat.”
