The emergency manual can be found on a desk in front of the F2 area of the Laugh Factory. This is the same location used in the films, where Mike and Sulley often get their work done. Approach the computer on the desk and interact with the manual to begin the next phase of Escape Claws.

Next, give the emergency manual to Sulley, who shouldn’t be too far from the desk. This will result in the task of finding and replacing fuses. The power lines must be fixed shortly after this, requiring you to fix the broken line near Sulley. You must do this 10 times with the smokey points of interest.

Some crates will be in the way of the line occasionally, so just move them aside to access them easily. As a result, the Disney Dreamlight Valley Escape Claws quest will be completed, unlocking the Eye on the Prize mission. There are a few more objects to look for with the upcoming tasks, including sodas and the Bay clue locations.
