Warzone devs finally confirm fix for automatic tactical sprint glitch

Help is finally on the way.

Warzone players haven’t been able to use the automatic tactical sprint setting for a week, but a fix is finally officially confirmed.

The CoD support team confirmed that an update is scheduled for May 8 that will fix the automatic tactical sprint setting from interrupting reload animations, and will also address and issue with the interact priority setting from preventing controller players from reloading while near loot on the ground.

Both glitches have been plaguing Warzone since the Season 3 Reloaded update went live on May 1. Along with a host of other small problems, players lost the ability to reloaded while automatic tactical sprinting. Turning off the setting acted as a temporary workaround, but limiting mobility came with its own pitfalls.

Warzone’s fast time-to-kill speeds are unforgiving and make every second matter. That slight delay between manual and automatic sprinting might not seem like that big of a difference. However, when you are running away from the storm or trying to reposition in one of the final circles, it could be the difference between winning or losing. And to make matters worst, it’s likely that a large segment of the player base didn’t even know there was a temporary fix for the glitch.

Thankfully, there won’t be too much longer of a wait for a permanent solution.
