War of Genesis: Idle Loot offers different classes to pick as your main, and using the best options will significantly raise your chances of success. There are no good or bad classes per se, but some of them are definitely stronger.

Complete War of Genesis class tier list
To separate the classes, I have used three different tiers.
- S-tier classes are the best possible choices you can make, and they have the most overpowered characters.
- A-tier class can be top tier if you get your build correct.
- B-tier class will require a lot of love for you to excel with them.
S-tier
- Knight: Since you’ll be largely relying on a single character, the Knight is the best choice. It has some wonderful characters that can do it all on their own. Black Prince is arguably the strongest character who offers elemental damage (despite not being a wizard). With most characters offering lightning damage, you can AOE attack and clear large waves of enemies. Knight is the safest choice when it comes to investing your resources.
A-tier
- Wizard: While the Wizard doesn’t have as much tankiness as the Knight, it is an attacking powerhouse. With several types of elemental attacks, the Wizard can do severe damage to bosses and mobs alike. Moreover, most of the skills do AOE damage, which means you’ll be amplifying your damage across multiple enemies simultaneously. All you need to do is to improve the defense, and you’re all set.
B-tier
- Ranger: The Ranger has some of the best-looking abilities and animations. However, I wish that style translated into performance in this game, which isn’t the case. In terms of range, it outdoes all other classes. However, the Wizard outdoes it when it comes to damage and AOE. The Knight is better than the Ranger when it comes to defense and pool of health. Overall, the Ranger and its subset of characters requires some much-needed buff to become viable on the meta.
