WARDOGS has plenty of items to unlock irrespective of your role, and they will play a significant role to determine how your build works. At first, the number of options you have will be limited. However, the more you play, the more options you’ll have.
That automatically doesn’t mean that you should waste your hard-earned (literally) in-game cash. In this guide, I will go through the best items to unlock and use.

Best items in WARDOGS
To make matters easier, I have separated the items based on the six roles available in WARDOGS.

Tactical
- Claymore: This is the best option in the game to take down infantry at minimal risk. Place them on a path, and wait for someone to roll over.
- Remote Detonator: I like placing explosives and watch them go kaboom from a range. The Remote Detonator allows you to remotely trigger C4 to do a lot of damage.
Medical

- Defibrillator: Taking time to revive a teammate can be dangerous for them, you, and your team. The Defib is rapid when it comes to reviving a fallen ally, which means they (and you) get back to the battle quickly.
- Medical Bag: The ultimate companion for the Medic. It heals you or your ally, and also allows you to revive someone quicker.
Recon
- Infrared Range Finder: The best friend of a Recon artist, nothing skips the lens of this equipment. Spot infantry and enemy units to mark their locations on the map for your teammates.
Vehicle

- Heavy Drill: Having your vehicle breakdown in war isn’t nice. The Heavy Drill allows you to manually repair your vehicle at lightning speed. Despite requiring batteries, I love using it to repair my truck that I wreck in every round.
