The Mound: Omen of Cthulhu goes live worldwide on Wednesday, July 15. Nacon earlier confirmed the launch date, and the following countdown will expire once the game goes live.
The countdown is based on the following times.
- 1am PT
- 3am CT
- 4am ET
- 8am UTC
- 9am CEST
I don’t expect the times to change this late. However, I will update the times if there are any changes from the developers.
What to expect from The Mound: Omen of Cthulhu
The Mound: Omen of Cthulhu puts you in a cursed jungle where horror lies in every corner. Based on Lovecraft’s world of horrors, you have to find the Mound searching for riches. You can do so on your own or with up to three other players.
The core gameplay loop is pretty simple. You begin your adventure by signing a contract and receiving different items to use. Next, decide which area of the jungle you are keen to explore, and set forth on your adventure.
Things are easier said than done, however, as you’ll have to survive the horrors of the forest. Survive through, and you’ll be able to uncover the riches hidden in the depths of the abandoned forts. Perish, and you’ll need to start from scratch.
