The Marth amiibo restock situation doesn’t look good at GameStop either

Only a few per store

We’ve talked about it at length before — the great Marth amiibo restock of May. Well, it doesn’t seem all that great so far. Amazon was trickling out select orders through the day last Saturday (and were, for all intents and purposes, sold out in minutes), and based on a few of my sources at GameStop, it doesn’t get any better.

The Marth restocks have started to roll out at select GameStop stores, but there’s only “1-2 units” per location across multiple states on the east coast. If you want him, you should call your local store now to check, or you might miss him completely.

I’ve heard reports of that paltry stock selling out in mere minutes when select stores opened, after scalpers checked-in on their daily runs or employees snatched up the figures. Yep. It looks like he’s still going to be a non-existent reality for the time being. We’ll keep you updated if anything changes.

My sources tell me he may be available online “sometime today,” but that’s not a sure thing. In other Fire Emblem amiibo-related news, Ike will be getting a restock too this month, but the word is that he will mostly be available for pre-order customers who missed out.
