The Division 2 Y8S1 Rise Up Week 3 is now live, and we have our first HVT hunt of the season. We are still weeks away from reaching the Climax mission, and this is a must-do if you want to reach that point. As always, there are three tasks to complete, hidden behind three cryptic clues.
Let’s find out what exactly needs to be done to finish the Scout 3 objectives.

The Division 2 Y8S1 Rise Up Scout 3 solutions
Here are the three tasks of the third week of the Rise Up season.
- Capture the Haunted House Control Point in Constitution Hall.
- Complete Outcast Hostage Rescue Activities.
- Bounty: The Draugr.
Capture the Haunted House Control Point in Constitution Hall
The first task of week 3 involves capturing the Haunted House control point in the Constitution Hall location. You can complete this task at any difficulty. Once you reach the location, move in and take on all the available enemies. You can also request allies to join and help you in the fight.
Once the initial wave of enemies is cleared, a second wave will appear. Resist their invasion to take control of the capture point and finish the first task.
Complete Outcast Hostage Rescue Activities
The next task is slightly tricky. Hostage Rescue is normally a simple activity where you need to save the hostages and rescue them by taking down the enemies. The green handcuff symbol on the map typically highlights Hostage Rescues.
For Scout 3, however, you have to clear a Hostage Rescue tied to the Outcast faction. Hence, check on the map first for the correct faction. Once you locate such a mission, jump in and shoot down all the enemies. They will drop a key, which can be used to open the containing cages and help the hostages to escape.
Complete the Draugr Bounty
Once you finish the first two tasks, you’ll unlock our first HVT of the Rise Up season. You can locate the quest from the Bounties tab. The location will be marked on the map when you accept the bounty. Head there and take down all the enemies.
Once the initial waves are cleared, the Draugr will appear. It’s a pretty formidable boss to take down. Ideally, you can play this at a lower difficulty if you don’t care about the rewards. At Heroic, you’ll need to break the weapon first. This will make it easier for you to eliminate the boss without running the risk of dying in the process.
This will complete Scout 3 tasks in Rise Up Manhunt, and we will be one step closer to reaching the Climax mission.
