It’s the first day of October and already everyone’s losing their minds over their spoopy plans for Halloween (even though it’s still 30 days away). Blizzard Entertainment are also getting into the spirit (LIKE A GHOST) of things by announcing the return of Overwatch’s Halloween event.

The mysterious tweet shows relatively new Deathmatch map, Chateau, turned into a gothic mansion akin to that of a Hammer horror flick. As usual, players can expect a new wave of skins, sprays and highlight intros, as well as returning skins, such as the excellent Dragon Symmetra. We will update you on the details when they eventually wise fwom their gwave.

The Halloween event begins October 9. Overwatch is available now on PS4, PC and Xbox One. Now, I just need to get my Sombra Halloween costume together.
