That new June Xbox One system update is out

Go grab it

Changes are coming to the Xbox 360 and Xbox One this month, and most of them are good. The Xbox One is getting external storage, real name updates, better SmartGlass, and automatic sign-in.

Also, you’ll be getting most of the video apps for free on both systems outside of the confines of an Xbox Live Gold subscription. If you’re wondering where to get the update, check under the “System Update” option under your system settings — it sounds self explanatory, but it’s buried a bit.

Available Starting Today: External Storage, Real Names, Gold Benefits and More [Major Nelson]
