I generally dislike drip-fed information, but I make two notable exceptions — Pokemon and Smash Bros. You know that feeling when a new fighter or creature can be revealed at any moment? It brings me back to the olden days of exciting announcements that were few and far between, and leafing through issues of Nintendo Power.

I even felt that today with the reveal of Salandit, a poison/fire lizard/salamander Pokemon that will be joining the fray for Pokemon Sun & Moon. I don’t think I ever intend to use it (unless its evolution is badass), but I kind of love it all the same.

Pokemon Sun & Moon will be released worldwide on November 18 on 3DS.
