Bungie has announced Ride Along, its new behind-the-scenes livestream series.

The weekly show will debut on March 2 and provide an insight into how Destiny is made, as well as “introduce you to the people who make your games.”

The first episode features senior artist Andrew Hopps and senior designer Brian Frank, with the intention of exploring art and design “like a creative post-mortem in a combat zone.”

“Senior Artist Andrew Hopps and Senior Designer Brian Frank will be our guides on a tour of Oryx’s inscrutable loot-filled fortress,” says Bungie in its recent update. “Tune in to learn how we build destinations and fill them with action worthy of heroes.”

Subsequent broadcasts will focus on a variety of game-making aspects, including audio, design, and insights into clan communities.

The update finishes on promising that new details on the next steps for Bungie’s sci-fi shooter will be coming soon.

“The weeks to come should get heavier,” states the update. “Promises made will be kept. In the meantime, we’re making games and making plans to bring you up to speed on our progress.”
