I don’t think we’ve had quite enough PlayStation Vita-related posts up on the site today, so here’s one more: Resistance: Burning Skies has been given a release date of May 29, 2012.
This sticks out in my mind as one of the earlier Vita games that was used to help build excitement for the handheld, presumably to help showcase that, yes, dual sticks on a portable gaming device is quite the step up from playing first-person games on a PSP.
Not trying to rush Burning Skies out for the immediate launch-window period seems like a smart move. At the same time, expectations for Vita software will certainly be higher by May. Bring it.
