Renegade Kid now has the rights for the Dementium series

Sequels may be on the way

Did you like the Dementium series on the Nintendo DS? Well there’s a reason why developer Renegade Kid couldn’t create more games in the franchise — they didn’t have the rights. After a long wait, Renegade’s Jools Watsham announced that they now have the rights back, and that Dementium sequels aren’t tied up with the previous publisher anymore.

There aren’t nearly enough horror games on the 3DS, so I hope that if games are coming at some point (nothing is confirmed), they deliver.
