Paradigm is a point-‘n’-click game starring sloths and mutants

Poor mutated Paradigm is looking for love

While adventure games are doing as well as ever, there’s still not too many that hark back to the classic era games like Day of the Tentacle. They used to be really weird!

Jacob Janerka’s Paradigm seems to emulate that style well. It’s set in the strange, post-apocalyptic world of Kruzs, home to our hero Paradigm and all manner of odd inhabitants. Poor Paradigm is the unfortunate offspring of some dodgy genetic tinkering and now finds himself running a computer repair store on some backwater planet, but he still has dreams of becoming a top electronic musician.

Paradigm seems to have the right sort of offbeat weirdness that I like in my adventure games and Janerka is launching a Kickstarter soon to make the game a reality.
