Grand Theft Auto 6’s Extended Look on Netflix has come and gone, and so now the wild conversations can really begin ahead of launch.
Perhaps unsurprisingly, main character Lucia being put in the spotlight has thrust her to the forefront of the social media conversation because, well, she’s hot. She stars prominently in a fresh batch of screenshots released by Rockstar, and she looks amazing.
The whole game does, really, with some real-world level of detail and high fidelity graphics (that will likely lock the game at 30 FPS on consoles, unfortunately), but the conversation now has quickly shifted to Lucia, and an unnamed, tattooed, goth-style girl who can be seen towards the end of the showcase.
My social media timeline quickly filled up with reactions that had a heavy Lucia slant to them, and basically everyone just wants more of the buxom playable heroine. Gamers, I regret to inform you that she is not real. And unfortunately for fans of the tattooed girl, she might just be an NPC that you cannot romance.

Thirst aside, GTA 6 has now been confirmed to have some relationship mechanics in tow, meaning it’s not all about the looks! According to IGN, Jason and Lucia’s romance is optional, but you can help it bloom by having the two spend time together outside of missions by shopping, doing robberies together, and more.
Not only that, but if you choose to ignore lovey-dovey texts from the other, the relationship could be negatively affected. While playing as either of the duo, you can summon their partner to help out in gameplay, too. Sounds lovely, and quite romantic.
The GTA 6 hype has now reached fever pitch for many. For me, I’m excited to explore Vice City. Others seem to be only excited to “explore” more about Lucia. Either way, Nov. 19 is now less than three months away, but it feels a bit longer than that (and the wait may be a lot harder for some than others).
And hey, let’s get some love for Jason too, huh? My guy is lookin’ handsome.
