One Piece: Thousand Storm is a new free-to-play mobile game

Coming to Japan next year

When I was in Japan, One Piece was absolutely everywhere. From ads on trains, to stores full of Tony Tony Chopper figurines, to a host of Pachinko machines, you couldn’t avoid the Straw Hat Pirates. Now they’re about to get even more omnipresent on iOS and Android devices with One Piece: Thousand Storm.

The game is coming to Japan in 2016, and features a free-to-play scheme that leads players into combat with a team of three. Real-time multiplayer is confirmed, as are Chopper, Zoro, Luffy, and Trafalgar Law. Get a look at the full art style on the official site.
