Nintendo wants 3DS to record 3D videos

Nintendo’s Satoru Iwata and Shigeru Miyamoto have commented on the possibility of recording 3D video with the 3DS. The system will already be able to take pictures at launch, but if you’ve always dreamed of filming your penis going from flaccid to hard in stunning 3D, then Nintendo may make that fantasy come true.

Miyamoto says that Iwata wants to eventually turn the photo feature, which is available at launch, into a video recorder, with Iwata stating that if this happens, it would be added to the system via a Firmware update, as opposed to requiring a whole new system. Which is pleasant.

The 3DS has been getting a little bad press lately, so it’s nice to be reminded of the potential good that this system can do.
