The Wii U had a surprise release earlier this week with EarthBound Beginnings, which is the first time the original Mother game has been released in the US. Nintendo also dropped Fire Emblem: The Sacred Stones, in addition to their 3DS controller Smash Bros. app, as well as Fat City, Life of Pixel, and Solitaire Dungeon Escape. Be sure and check out the Nindies@Home program too.
The 3DS is getting no respect this week, with Best of Board Games – Chess, Comic Workshop 2, and new Harvest Moon: The Lost Valley DLC.
If you missed last week’s edition, here it is. As for what I’m getting, I’ll be playing through EarthBound Beginnings at some point.
