New website for Kid Icarus Uprising promises parade float

There’s nothing in the way of game media at the newly launched Japanese website for upcoming Nintendo 3DS game Kid Icarus Uprising. It’s older trailers from last year. I suspect that it will be updated next month, closer to E3.

There is one strange promotion there that you might be interested in. Nintendo is going to use fans’ Miis in a float that will appear in the Goshogawara Tachineputa festival this August. Miis will join Pit and godess Partena, says Andriasang. This page (Japanese) has instructions on how to create a Mii on your 3DS, save it to the memory card, and then send it in to Nintendo. I seriously doubt they’ll include those strange Miis made to look like dicks.
