Here are a bunch of Dynasty Warriors 7: Xtreme Legends screens. They show off a few of the new features, although they’re so obscure even this fan of the series has trouble making them out.
Some cool stuff is coming to XL, though. Aside from new characters, a few weapons are being de-cloned. We know that both Xiahou Dun and Zhao Yun are getting unique Ex-Weapons. New and powerful “Treasure” weapons are coming too, along with a Legend Mode and Challenge Mode.
Should be a new dose of longevity to a title I’m still chewing my way through. Hoping for a Sima Yi de-clone to really bring it together. Bring back the fingerwhips!
