Kojima Productions opens studio in Los Angeles

“Become the top creative development studio in the world”

[Update: Kojima Productions opened in September 2012, which makes me greatly confused why they made such a big deal about it at the GDC panel today. I guess they just wanted to call it “Red Fox” and show off their logo. Apologies about that; the perils of live reporting. At least we got an awesome header image out of it.]

Metal Gear Solid V developer Kojima Productions is opening a 3,000 sq. ft. studio in Los Angeles, California, in hopes to achieve a mission of becoming “the top creative development studio in the world.”

Or, maybe Kojima just really loved Pinkberry. I mean, who doesn’t? Whatever the case, Kojima Productions are hiring in both LA and Tokyo (“Come by if you want to make a new MGS on Fox Engine.”)

Along with this new studio, comes a new logo which is like the old one except it’s red, not yellow.
