Kojima Productions, makers of the Metal Gear series and largely why people put up with Konami's sh*t still, has opened up a Los Angeles branch. The studio is currently looking to create a new team, and there are a number of open job listings over on Gamasutra. Open positions include environment artist, gameplay programmer, cinematic artist, graphic engine programmer and more.
Obviously Kojima wants this new branch of the studio to be working on games. Whether that's brand new titles all together, or working directly with the Japanese studio on projects such as Metal Gear Solid: Ground Zeroes, remains to be seen.
