Keith Vaz wants to ban ‘Call of Duty 3’

Lying scumbag Keith Vaz is at it again, once again attempting to get videogames banned in the name of self-promotion. The politician — famous to most Brits for lying about people and abusing his expense account — has declared that the UK must ban Call of Duty 3. His words!

In a motion called “CALL OF DUTY 3,” Keith Vadge writes, “… this House is deeply concerned about the recently released video game Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3, in which players engage in gratuitous acts of violence against members of the public; notes in particular the harrowing scenes in which a London Underground train is bombed by terrorists, bearing a remarkable resemblance to the tragic events of 7 July 2005.”

It seems ol’ Vadge gets his information about games from The Daily Mail, which also tried to compare MW3 to the 7/7 bombings despite there being no similarity in the least.

Only nine ministers have bothered to back the stupid motion, while Tom Watson MP amended it to add that the game was rated for adults, bears no resemblance to the 7/7 attacks, and that people should be free to choose their own entertainment. Oh well, better luck next time, Vadge … you dishonest little worm.
