You can unlock The Forgotten by completing the A Forgotten Name quest. This quest tasks you with investigating Skull Rock and giving The Forgotten an actual name now that they’re your friend rather than your foe.

Getting this quest and befriending The Forgotten requires you to first work through the entire main storyline in DDV, so it’s a pretty tough one to access. You can’t unlock them early on, so if you’re a newer player, you’ll have to wait a bit to meet them.

You can rename The Forgotten during the A Forgotten Name quest. After naming them for the first time, you can freely change their name whenever you like by selecting the pen icon on The Forgotten in the character tab on the Collection page. Their name is never permanent, so feel free to switch it around whenever you like.

Now that The Forgotten is your friend, you can move on to unlocking Peter Pan. There’s plenty more to uncover throughout the massive Mysteries of Skull Rock update.
