XDefiant is back with another test session for gamers. Not only will it give you a chance to play it, but there are also some rewards for those who jump in and try the game out for themselves. Here’s what you need to do to unlock them.
The development of XDefiant has not been smooth, with delays pushing the game back from the intended Autumn 2023 release to an unconfirmed Summer 2024 launch. Before that, Ubisoft is hoping to test out the game’s servers after making changes to the netcode, with the XDefiant server test session taking place on April 19.
If you jump into this test session, here’s how you can unlock special rewards throughout the weekend.
XDefiant server test session rewards
There are three rewards for taking part in this XDefiant test session, and the good news is that none of them are too hard to unlock.
- MP5 Shamrock Weapon skin: Play in the XDefiant server test session.
- M9 Ember Weapon Skin: Play in a party.
- Three Weapon XP Boosters: Reach Level 18 in XDefiant.
Are these rewards permanent?
Yes, all rewards earned during the XDefiant server test session are permanent. That means anything you manage to unlock this weekend will be in your inventory when the full game releases.
How long do I have to earn these rewards?
You can only unlock these rewards during the XDefiant server test, which means you need to get them before Sunday, April 21 at 1PM ET when the servers go back offline.
