How to get Leaf Stones in Pokémon Scarlet & Violet

Like most other first generation stones, they’re common

In Pokemon Scarlet & Violet, Leaf Stones are thankfully among the types of stones that are common in Generation 9. Here’s how to stock up on them easily.

What do Leaf Stones do in Pokémon Scarlet & Violet?

Leaf Stones are once again used for evolving Pokemon. All you need to do is have someone who can evolve via a Leaf Stone, select the item from your bag, and select that Pokemon.

Eevee evolving into a Leafeon is the only evolutionary method Leaf Stones can provide (as of launch).

You can find more Leaf Stones in the overworld

Leaf Stones can be acquired through random pickups in Tagtree Thicket, through shiny sparkles on the ground.

A fixed Leaf Stone location can be found in the Tagtree Thicket Team Star base. The exact location can be seen in the gallery above.

You can get one through playing the Sunflora hide and seek minigame again

After finishing out the Artazon gym, head back to the pen where the Sunflora are located and run the gym test minigame again. You’ll get a Leaf Stone for your efforts.

If you need more information on the Artazon Gym (including a guide on the initial hide and seek minigame), you can find it here.

Buying them directly at a Delibird Presents shop is the quickest way

Unlocked by defeating three gyms, Leaf Stones can be purchased at Delibird Presents shops across Paldea. They only cost 3,000 Pokedollars, so it isn’t even something that you’ll need to break the bank for. Locate them through the general goods section.

We have a full Delibird Presents guide here for reference, including all shop locations.
