Elizabeth, the Velvet Room assistant in Persona 3 Reload, yearns to know all about the human world. In one such attempt, she asks you to feed a stray cat. She doesn’t say much about it, but we’ve got you covered. Here’s what you need to do for Request #42.
Elizabeth Request #42: Please feed the cat
- Task: Give the hungry cat some food.
- Deadline: None
- Reward: Male Summer Garb
- Go to Aohige Pharmacy and buy four Super Cat Foods. Go to the Station Outskirts and visit the cat. Give him the food and do so for four days, when the cat will be satisfied.
You know those sad ASPCA commercials showing hungry animals? The ones with that Sarah McLachlan song? I can’t watch those. They make me too sad. Well, Elizabeth feels the same way but with a stray cat. She’ll give some hints on its location and where to get food, but that’s all. Time to do some good.
As mentioned above, there is no deadline for the request. Though, it might do your conscious good to help the needy ASAP. Plus, as a reward, you’ll get the Male Summer Garb for all male S.E.E.S members. You’ll get access to Request #42 on July 9 (7/9), which unlocks after the battle with the Hierophant and Lovers Arcana bosses on July 7 (7/7).
Where to find Cat Food?
You’ll find cat food, specifically Super Cat Food, at Aohige Pharmacy for ¥700. You can actually purchase it prior to unlocking the quest, so stock up if you can. If you’re a bit low on money, go to the Pharmacy on a Saturday during their weekly sale.
Once you get the food, go to the Station Outskirts and go to the Hungry Cat. They’ll have a blue exclamation point over their head. Feed the cat there and continue to do so for four days.
It’s important to note that it doesn’t have to be consecutive. You can feed the cat in July and then do the rest in September or throughout the year. However, as I mentioned before, you might feel a bit guilty for leaving a hungry animal starving for months as you save the world. For me, I meant to do it in a row but the Beach Trip happened. Still, after four days, the cat’ll be satisfied.
Report back to Elizabeth at Paulownia Mall and you’ll be rewarded the Male Summer Garb for your humanitarian efforts.
