Completing missions is an exciting part of playing Call of Duty: Warzone 2.0, and the DMZ mode ensures that players can enjoy the game while also testing their skills in intense battles. In DMZ, players have the opportunity to complete various unique missions offered by different factions in the game. One of these missions is called Double Cross, which is a Tier 3 mission for the Redacted Faction.

To successfully accomplish this mission, players must complete three simple objectives. The first objective is to eliminate the Bombmaker, followed by taking his Crossbow. Finally, players must Dead Drop the Crossbow in one of the four Dead Drops on Ashika Island. The mission may seem simple at first, and it is indeed easy to complete, considering you know exactly how and what to do.

Therefore, it is essential to have a clear understanding of the objectives and the steps required to complete them. So let’s begin without any delay.

As you may already know, the first two objectives require you to eliminate the Bombmaker and retrieve his Crossbow. To begin, you should spawn on Ashika Island, where the mission takes place. The Bombmaker can be found in Tsuki Castle, which is marked on the map. There are two ways to enter the castle. The easiest method is to find a Tsuki Castle Hideout Key, which will grant you access to the castle without any hassle. However, if you can’t find a key, you can still gain entry by hacking the Wheelson that patrols the building.

It’s important to note that the castle is heavily guarded, so it’s advisable to be well-prepared with your loadout and armor. It’s also recommended that you bring some teammates with you for added support. Once inside the castle, you will likely find the Bombmaker on the top floor. However, it’s essential to scout the area thoroughly before engaging in combat. Eliminating the Bombmaker will cause him to drop his Crossbow, which you can then retrieve to complete the first two objectives of the mission.

Once you have retrieved the Crossbow, the final objective is to deposit it in one of the four Dead Drops on the map. These four Dead Drops are the Residential Dead Drop, Beach Club Dead Drop, Waterways Dead Drop, and Town Center Dead Drop. The Waterways Dead Drop is the closest to the Tsuki Castle, but any of the four can be used to complete the mission. Upon successfully dead dropping the Crossbow, you will be rewarded with the Research Center Room Key and 10,000 XP.
