Geno’s quests are by far some of the toughest ones you’ll face, with secret objectives, complex scavenger hunts, and many other tricky components to work through. It’s a key series to finish to keep up with the lore and earn lots of XP, though, so here’s how to complete Geno’s quests in Fortnite.

How to complete all Geno: The Ultimate Reality quests in Fortnite

There are eight quests you need to tackle to complete Geno’s storyline series in Fortnite. Here are all of the missions included in it and a full breakdown of how to get each one done.

Start Geno’s quests by completing ??? in Fortnite

Geno’s quest series has a pretty rough start, as the first mission simply says “???” and nothing else, giving you no additional hints or information about what needs to be done. To complete the secret ??? objective and officially start Geno’s quest series, you need to eliminate six players.

The key here is that you must take out players, not NPCs or bosses, to progress. You can eliminate all six players in one round, or instead chip away at this goal across the course of a few matches. All that matters is you eventually eliminate six of them.

Talk to The Innovation, Jones, and The Order about Geno in Fortnite

Next up, you need to talk to The Innovation, Jones, and The Order about Geno. For this task, you need to find all three NPCs around the island and have a chat with each one about Geno.

• The Innovation can be found in the middle of Latte Landing.
• Jones can be found near the north end of Golden Grove.
• The Order can be found close to the southeast end of Chopped Shop.

Find Geno’s memories from his past in Fortnite

The third mission in this series tasks you with finding Geno’s memories from his past. You can complete this quest by tracking down three blue memory orbs scattered around the island. Geno’s memories can be found at:

Visit an Override Console location to inspect Geno’s work in Fortnite

The fourth part of this quest series asks you to visit an Override Console location to inspect Geno’s work. Travel to any of the Override Console locations around the island to check off this task.

In total, there are eight Override Consoles you can find, so you have plenty of options to choose from. Both active and inactive ones work for this part of the quest, but ideally, you want an active one here, as you’ll need it for the mission that follows this one.

You now need to activate an Override to understand how Geno’s machine works. Approach any active Override Console, select from the list of available Match Overrides, and apply it to finish this step.

Extract 3 Sprites so Geno can distill their magic essence in Fortnite

It’s back to basics for the next step, as your next goal is simply to extract three Sprites so Geno can distill their magic essence. Track down Sprites around the island, ideally using Cheat Codes, since this is the only guaranteed method for finding them. Then, head to an Extraction Point around the island, or use a Portable Extractor on them. Go through this process three times to check off this step.

Collect 8 Looper’s essence from eliminated players to power up a new Override Console for Geno in Fortnite

Next up, you need to collect eight Looper’s essence from eliminated players to power up a new Override Console for Geno. For this mission, you need to find and defeat a total of eight enemy players. Each one you vanquish will drop a special glowing red essence you can pick up for this mission.

Take down Geno and defy his commands to save The Order from her father in Fortnite

The final step in Geno’s quest series is to take down Geno and defy his commands to save The Order from her father. First up, you need to find Geno. You can find him floating in a red bubble up in the air right over the center of the island, just west of Reality’s Reign.

Visit Geno and attempt to fight him. When you try to take him on, he’ll give you a little speech before immediately vanquishing you. Make sure you don’t have any Sprites still on you when this happens, as the round will be over when it does.

You don’t actually need to beat Geno to check off this quest; all you need to do is try to fight him, die, and load into another match. Upon starting another round, land anywhere on the island to officially complete Geno’s quest series.
