Hori finally confirms its Pro V arcade stick for the Nintendo Switch

More info coming later

For weeks we’ve known of the existence of an arcade stick for the Switch by way of Hori, but now we have official confirmation. Hori tweeted out a picture of the final design of the Real Arcade Pro V, which is expected to come at some point around the launch of Ultra Street Fighter II: The Final Challengers later this month.

We still don’t know the price point either, which could be a point of contention if the Switch doesn’t actually get any more worthwhile fighters (beyond the SNK/Neo Geo ports not much is in the works). It feels like just yesterday that Capcom was going full bore with their Mad Katz relationship with Street Fighter V, but that situation has obviously changed.

The question that’s on everyone’s mind — does it play nice with PCs? We reached out to Hori for comment.
