ARC Raiders Celeste’s Teenage Rebellion quest walkthrough
The Celeste’s Teenage Dream quest can be broken down into several parts.
Reach the lookout tower on Mulatierra Hill
The first task requires us to reach the marked location in the image above. You will find a tower with an opening at its base.
Transmit the location from the top of the tower
Take the ladder, go upstairs, and you will find the prompt to transmit the location. This completes the first task.
Reach the Old Raider Camp near the Hotel overlooking the beach
Make your way to the Raider camp between the hotel on the western side of the map and the beach. I have marked its location to make things easier for you. Once you arrive at the spot, you will have to find a radio transmitter in the same Raider camp.
Search for a radio transmitter at the Raider Camp
Once you find the camp, you will get the prompt to interact with the radio transmitter and finish the task.
Find the large antenna overlooking Riven Tides harbor
We now head to our final location, which is marked on the image above. There, you will find a generator right beside an antenna. The spot is in the open, so it’s easy to find from a distance.
Once you get close to the generator, you will find a prompt to start to enable its power. Turning on the generator completes this task and finishes the quest as well. This is a straightforward quest that did not take me too long, but be careful about the arcs you will meet along the way, along with other human players.
