Play without Facebook
There have been a handful of Facebook games that have caught my eye over the past several years that stand out from the masses of FarmVille clones and wannabes. Game of Thrones Ascent is one of them. Now, you can play on Kongregate if you don’t want to give in to playing games on Facebook.
As well as coming out on a new platform, the game also has some new content that keeps it up to date with the show on HBO. There are two new Alliance Challenges that let players compete in a Grand Tourney, or race against the Ancient Guild of Spicers. New items include wolf-shaped bread and a blade called The Chopper.
