Game with the Dtoid community
Happy Friday everyone!
Welcome to another thrilling edition of Friday Night Fights! Today, we’re going to talk about three of the biggest multiplayer games to launch this year. These games are, without a doubt, the most important multiplayer games that you or I will play or want to play this holiday season.
Oh, what’s that? you want to know which three multiplayer games are the most important? Did the header image not give it away? OK then, the three games in question are; Battlefield 4, Wii Sports Club Bowling (and Tennis), and Call of Duty: Ghosts.
I’ve pulled some quotes from the Internet to show you just how important these three games are, and if there’s one thing we can all agree on, it’s that complete strangers on the Internet typically have the most well thought out and convincing arguments on things, all the things:
“I need to play this game!” – Random gamer on a forum
“Holy shit! This multiplayer game is amazing!” – Person on Twitter
“It’s like bowling for real, except it’s not because I’m at home and I’m using a videogame controller instead of a real ball!” – Probably someone you know, or someone whom you know, knows
“All the things got shot and stuff happened! 10/10!” – Drunk Jon Bloodspray
“What the fuck, this isn’t HBO GO!” – Mr Andy Dixon
As you can see from the completely legit quotes above, these three games should be on your radar if you haven’t already picked them up and started playing them.
As for me, well I’ll be virtually bowling because real people scare the shit out of me.
How about you, fine readers, what will you be playing this weekend?
New to FNF? Read this! Each week, a bunch of us Dtoiders get together to play videogames online! It’s a 100% community-run event, so feel free to join in or even host something yourself!
The planning for FNF starts in the forums, where community members sign up to host matches and post their pertinent details (game, time, Gamertag, etc.). Then, every Friday, reminder posts go up in the community blogs thanks to a dedicated group of volunteers, and I recap it all here on the front page to give it a bit more exposure.
To join in, simply send a friend request to the match host! If you’d rather host something yourself, sound off in the comments section below!
