The thrill of the hunt is the main reason I play Fisch, but it’s impossible to catch the best fish without expensive gear. That’s why farming primarily for money is so important. To help you out with that, we prepared a complete guide to money farming in Fisch that will teach you all about the best locations, rods, and baits. Scroll down, and let’s get started!

Best Money Farming Locations in Fisch

The overall best location for farming in Fisch is Veil of the Forsaken in Mariana’s Veil (Challenger’s Deep especially). No matter which time of the day you attempt to fish here, you can usually get away with around 500K worth of fish per hour. Not to mention, whenever a Scylla Hunt happens, you’re already there. It’s recommended you either use the Challenger’s Rod (because of its 20% Progress Speed) or the much more expensive Ethereal Prism Rod for its ridiculously lucrative mutations.

Below are some extra money-farming spots, depending on your gear. Also, we included only common bait, as prolonged farming with rare bait such as Truffle Worms is unsustainable.

Also, you’ll need plenty of good bait for money-farming, which you can get by buying Bait Crates at the docks. You can also get them by fishing with a Magnet Rod, but that’s just not that optimal.

Best Money Farming Rods in Fisch

The best rods for farming in Fisch are the Ethereal Prism Rod, the Zeus Rod, the Seraphic Rod, the Challenger’s Rod, and the Heaven’s Rod (in that order). If you have any of these rods, make sure you pair them with the right enchants, and you’ll be rolling in cash with a bit of effort.

Now, if you’re still in the mid-game and don’t have any of the above-mentioned rods, use the Steady Rod as an alternative. It gives you 35% Luck and 30% Resilience. On top of that, with a limit of 100,000kg, you can catch even the heaviest sea beasts.

For the early game, the only viable rod choice is the Carbon Rod. You can also try to get the Fungal Rod, though farming in Mushgrove for the Alligator with the Carbon Rod is atrocious. All other rods should be skipped so you save up as much money as possible.

Best Money Farming Baits in Fisch

Perfect baits offer high Preferred or Universal Luck, such as Weird Algae, Night Shrimp, or Truffle Worms. But as those are hard to find, look for the best of the rest, like Seaweed, Shrimp, Squid, Super Flakes, and Bagel. Naturally, use any bait that will give your rod the stats it lacks, most importantly, Resilience.
