Damnation has a damned trailer out

Recommended Videos

Okay, perhaps the trailer isn’t entirely revealing on what Damnation is. The first few seconds of it remind me of one of those future scenes in Terminator 2. You know, the one where you see that scary looking robot wondering around a post-apocalyptic Earth crushing skulls? The trailer is basically like that, minus the whole skull bit.

If you’re wondering what exactly Damnation is about, our very own Dale North was able to check it out at E3 this year. His impressions will give you a pretty good indication of as to how the game performs and looks. In a nutshell, Damnation is being pitched as a shooter that will focus on vertical gameplay, as opposed to that run-of-the-mill horizontal stuff. It also appears to have massive levels, with plenty of crazy weaponry and stuff to climb on.

I don’t know if I am exactly sold on this title yet, but the look of the game is certainly intriguing. I’m all about cowboy hats and guns. Make sure to check out the gallery below, as we have been gifted new screenshots in addition to the trailer and tell me what you think.
