Call of Duty: WWII has free multiplayer on PC this weekend

If you’re feeling curious

Sledgehammer is trying to give Call of Duty: WWII a shot in the arm on PC with a free weekend event.

The game has opened up its multiplayer until Sunday, February 25 at 1:00pm Pacific, if you feel so included. All of your progression including items and unlockables will carry over to the full version of WWII, which is currently down to $38.99 on Steam thanks to a 35 percent off sale.

You won’t be able to access the story campaign or Zombies mode in this particular trial. That’s a shame, because those are the two aspects I’d be more interested in testing out. (Hackers gonna hack.)

If you’re interested, though, you can initiate the hefty download with this link.
