All food in PEAK and how to find them

Keep your stomach full to stay alive.

Seeing your food bar slowly get bigger in PEAK is anxiety-inducing. You see a small sliver, think it isn’t a big deal, then realize a few minutes later that it’s now taking up a quarter of your stamina bar. You’ll need a lot of food to survive these runs.

Thankfully, there are numerous food items you can eat, from berries foraged from bushes to coconuts, mushrooms, and packaged meals from old luggage bags. Here’s a complete guide to PEAK’s food, including where you can find them and any special effects they contain.

PEAK food types and locations

PEAK’s food items can be separated into multiple categories:

  • Fruits and berries
  • Mushrooms
  • Packaged foods
  • Special and legendary food items

Alongside restoring hunger, many foods will also affect your stamina and grant status effects. The exact stats also depend on whether you cook your food at a campfire once you reach the top of a level. That said, here’s a complete list of every item alongside their effects if you don’t cook each item.
