Bionic Commando Rearmed 2 features PSN DRM again

Recommended Videos

Similar to the PlayStation Network release of Final Fight: Double Impact, so too does Bionic Commando Rearmed 2 on PSN have DRM which requires an Internet connection upon booting up the game.

The difference is that this time, Capcom issued a disclaimer about the online authentication in Rearmed 2‘s PlayStation Store description. If PSN never went down — scheduled or otherwise — this wouldn’t concern me so much, but as it stands, not being able to play a game you purchased is disheartening.

There’s nothing worse than DRM harming actual paying customers more than the people trying to get around the system.
