NES Golf found within the Switch’s firmware

It’s no Everybody’s Golf, but it’s still pretty good

Way back in July, I reported that the Switch had some built-in emulation capabilities. Just the other day we got a little more information on what exactly that was.

It appears that all Switch systems contain a copy of Golf for the NES, it even comes with two-player Joy-Con support.

It’s pretty cool, to say the least. But more interestingly some are speculating that there is a hidden way to launch the title from the Switch menu, though nobody has figured that part out. I would say it’s more likely that the title might be part of the first wave of NES classics, provided via the coming subscription service.
