Take a peek at skeleton combat in Sea of Thieves

Rise from your grave!

I’m torn on this latest Sea of Thieves video.

On the one hand, skeletons. Ask any scientist, and they’ll confirm what you already know to be true — that skeletons rule, particularly when they’re sentient enough to aim a gun at treasure-nabbing pirates.

On the other hand, this video serves as a bitter reminder that most of us aren’t allowed in the Sea of Thieves technical alpha, even as Rare adds more names to its list. No skeletal combat for us, I’m afraid. For the lucky few, though, the game world has grown and there’s now fall damage to keep in mind.

Far too many months from now, I’ll enjoy playing this game.
