Blizzard is giving away free stuff if you see the Warcraft movie

Free WoW

Rumors that folks would get free stuff for seeing the new Warcraft movie have been flying around for a while, and this week Blizzard sent word to Destructoid that indeed, that would be the case.

If you redeem a ticket receipt from Edwards, United Artists, or Regal theaters, you’ll net a free copy of World of Warcraft, which will include up to the newest expansion Warlords of Draenor, and 30 days of game time (for new players only). Merely logging into the game from May 25 until August 1 will net you transmog-capable items for both the Horde and Alliance.

I’m surprised there isn’t some amazing limited-edition pet linked to seeing the film, as nearly every hardcore WoW fan would feel compelled to go to get it (hell, I’d do it!). As of now though I’m still on the fence.
