Call of Duty 4 PC demo to be released next Thursday

Recommended Videos

Yahoo! Games has announced that they will have a single-player PC demo for Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare on October 11 starting at 9 a.m. PST. They’ve also got a video showing which level will be playable. There’s no word on an Xbox 360 or PlayStation 3 demo, but I guess that’s what the beta was for, right?

If the multiplayer portion of Call of Duty 4 is any indication as to how how good the single-player will be, there’s no doubt in my mind that it will be one of the year’s best games. It really is that good.

To my knowledge, the official system requirements have not yet been released, but it’s obvious that you’ll need a decent PC to play CoD4 at its full graphical capacity. Are any of you going to try the demo or will you just wait it out until the game hits Xbox 360, PC, and PlayStation 3 on November 5?
