Game with the Dtoid Community!
I don’t even have it in my heart to ‘shop your face into those penguin eyes. Our fearless Boner Knight: Andy Dixon is leaving us as Community Manager. From the first time I was an asshole to you Andy, to the last time I was an asshole to you; I loved your asshole… wait…. No. Sticking with it. If I get too serious, I’ll get emotional and this is your goodbye. Thank you for everything my friend. Now everyone raise your boners in salute to the finest community member this place has ever seen.

Another week and another sparse playlist. Can’t say I’m surprised though. Bloodborne, Pillars and a new version of Dark Souls II will do that to a community. I’ve personally had my head in some Pillars, as well as Westerado: Double Barreled (you are in for a treat with this one). Besides those, I have found myself falling more and more in love with Battlefield: Hardline. I enjoy the silly SP and it’s episodic nature. The MP has also turned out to be a blast, despite me hating my time with the beta. Hotwire, the money grab and Conquest Small are my favorite modes at the moment. I am really digging the different feel to fights when compared to other Battlefields. That said, I’m hosting it tonight, so let’s play!
New to FNF? Read this! Each week, a bunch of us Dtoiders get together to play videogames online! It’s a 100% community-run event, so feel free to join in or even host something yourself!
The planning for FNF starts in the forums, where community members sign up to host matches and post their pertinent details (game, time, Gamertag, etc.). Then, every Friday, reminder posts go up in the community blogs thanks to a dedicated group of volunteers, and I recap it all here on the front page to give it a bit more exposure.
To join in, simply send a friend request to the match host! If you’d rather host something yourself, sound off in the comments section below!
